Thank you for the excellent job Yes Video did on transferring my family videos to DVD's. Sending a life-time of memories to a stranger is a leap of faith. All I hoped for was that the original tapes would not be damaged, and that the material would be competently transferred to DVD format before the magnetic tapes deteriorate.
Yes Video did this in a timely manner, but I was pleasantly surprised by some bonuses. The highlight summary that you prepared for each DVD is very useful when trying to decide which part of the DVD is worth viewing, and the pictures on the cover of the DVD case is an excellent key to the contents. Just a note to let you know how much we appreciate the great service that we get from YesVideo Canada. While we are not your biggest customer we do get great service and a great quality product every time that we send an order to you. Your turn around time is fantastic even with the travel time for us to send an order from the west coast. In the few cases where we have an inquiry your staff has always been most helpful and has answered our questions right away or by a return phone call or email, usually within minutes. And, as the icing on the cake, I don't ever recall a customer that was not completely happy with the finished product and in many cases brought in more work for us to do.
